Returns & Exchanges

We get it, sometimes it’s not quite right. We make returns simple.

Return Window

  • 14 days from delivery for returns or exchanges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email with your order number and reason (return or exchange + item/size).

  2. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address/label (where available).

  3. Send the item back and keep your tracking receipt.

Return Shipping

  • Australia: Flat-rate return label may be available; otherwise customer covers return postage.

  • International: Customer covers return postage.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock.

  • If your requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund (your choice, where applicable).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank/issuer to post the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, email within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We’ll prioritise a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked FINAL SALE)

  • Underwear/socks for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Items without original tags/packaging or with visible wear, makeup, deodorant, or scent

Gifts

  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit to the original or gift recipient (provide order number or purchaser email).

Do you restock sold-out items?

Usually no — our drops are limited. Join the waitlist on product pages to get first notice.
